Hot Rolled Steel Tubing

A cost-effective choice for structural base frames and cross-members where tight tolerance isn't the priority, but strength and durability are. Common on entry-level and commercial-grade rack bases.

Hot Rolled Pickled & Oiled Steel Tubing

Retains the strength of hot rolled tube with a cleaner surface, since the acid bath removes mill scale. Useful for frame components heading into powder coat, though the protective oil coating still needs a quick degrease before finishing.

Cold Rolled Steel Tubing

Tighter tolerances and a smoother finish, well suited to visible components like bench frames, uprights, and any part where paint-ready surface quality matters to the end product.

Aluminum Killed Drawing Quality Tubing (AKDQ)

Built for forming and bending operations. If your design calls for curved handles, bent frame members, or components that need to be TIG or oxy-acetylene welded without gas bubble formation, AKDQ is the grade to spec.

High-Strength Low-Alloy (HSLA) Steel Tubing
